Q :   What is your MOQ?

A :   50 ~ 200 pcs according to the stock.

 

Q :  How does your factory do regarding quality control?

A :  1. Inspector QC will take a 100% check in every procedure: polishing &machining&function check,ect.

        2. For our salesman will also check and take photos for proceducts for our client to confirm.

 

Q :   What is your warranty time?

A :    5 years.     

 

Q :   Can you do OEM or ODM for customer? 

A :   Yes.

 

Q :   Can we get sample to check the quality? and how long it will take?

A :   Sure we can offer sample, and normally take 3-7days.           

 

Q :   What is the payment terms? 

A :   T/T ( 30% deposit and 70% balance );  L/C at sight ;

 

Q :   What is the lead time? 

A :   It depends on order quantity. normally for one 40 container is 30-35days.             

 

Q :   What is the trade terms? 

A :   By sea we can do FOB, EXW , C&F. 

        By air, we can do express like Fedex, DHL, TNT, UPS)                    

 

Q :   If I order large quantity, can I get a lower price? 

A :   Yes.   

 

Q :   How would you deal with the after sale problem? 

A :   We have an serious quanlity control system, according to recent data, the refuse rate is less than 0.15%. 

        Within warranty time, We will repair the defective products and resend to you, or send the new one to replace. 

        After warranty time,  we supply components for customers and customers will take responcibility for the cost. 

 

Q :   How to place order? 

A :   1.  Send mail to us, including the products information : item nurmber, quantity, and other requirement. 

        2. We will send invoice to you according to the product’s  requirement you gave.     

        3. After you confirm everything and make deposite, we will arrange production.
